Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

In the event of any controversy or dispute between SexualDiversity.org and You, the parties shall attempt, promptly, in good faith and before any judicial action, to resolve the dispute though alternative dispute resolution.

Governing Law:

Any disputes arising out of this agreement, including tort claims, shall be governed, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the province of Québec and the laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to its conflict of laws, rules or your actual state, province or country of residence.


The Parties must irrevocably submit all disputes arising out of this Agreement to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the District of Montréal, Province of Québec, Canada, including disputes regarding the Agreement's interpretation and its effects. You agree to waive any claim that such courts do not have personal jurisdiction or are an inconvenient forum.

If any provision of this Terms Of Service is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of this Terms Of Service remain in full force and effect.


If any provision of these Terms of Service are held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck out and the remaining provisions shall be enforced. our failure to act with respect to a breach by you or others does not waive its right to act with respect to subsequent or similar breaches.
